Important Update: Changes to Our Billing Policy – Effective 4 November 2025

From 4 November 2025, our practice will be bulk billing eligible patients and services under the new Medicare bulk billing incentive.

What This Means for You

• Eligible patients (ie. All patients with a Medicare Card) will be bulk billed for eligible consultations and services.

• This means no out-of-pocket cost for eligible appointments.

 

Out-of-Pocket Fees

Some services are not eligible for bulk billing. These may include (but are not limited to):

• Minor surgical procedures

• Iron infusions

• Skin excisions and biopsies

• Complex wound care

• Certain medical reports or forms

• Commercial driver licence

• Pap smears

For these services, an out-of-pocket fee will apply. Our reception team will advise you of any costs before your appointment.

Ante-natal Consult: $75

 

Standard Consult <20 mins: $91.05

 

Extended Consult >20 mins: $137

 

Very Long Consult >40 mins: $182.95
