Practice Fees

Doctors at Ballina Fair is a mixed billing practice. Listed below are a few examples of our fees with more detailed information available from reception.

 

We ask that all accounts be paid at the consultation time. We accept EFTPOS, and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). Medicare Online is available for your convenience. i.e. upon full payment of your account, we are able to send your account to Medicare Online and the Medicare rebate will be directly sent to your nominated bank.​

Bulk Billed Services

We do not charge children under 16 years of age, all Pensioner Concession Card or Healthcare Concession Cardholders, Veteran Affairs (Gold Card) and “closing the gap” patients once enrolled at the practice.

Most nursing services such as health assessments, GP Management Plans / Team Care arrangements / reviews, and certain immunisations will be bulk-billed.
