Dr Jason Chetty
FACRRM, JCCA, MBBS (Bond University)

​General Practitioner

Dr Chetty is a Fellow of the The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine and the practice principal with over 30 years experience in the medical field. Having worked as an Intensive Care Paramedic in South Africa, New Zealand, Victoria and Queensland before graduating with an MBBS, Dr Chetty is skilled in emergency medicine. 

He has worked in various hospitals in QLD, NSW, VIC and South Africa.

 

Dr Chetty is known for his compassion, his great bed-side manner, ability to effectively diagnose patients and to provide the requisite treatment plans, with an holistic approach to medicine.

Dr Ariana Abadiyan

General Practitioner, Female, MD

Speaks English

Dr Ariana Abadiyan MBBS Dr Ariana graduated from Yazd Medical University in Iran in 2021. She has extensive experience in general medicine. She takes pride in providing comprehensive and personalized care to her patients.

Building strong connections with patients and taking the time to listen to their concerns is at the heart of her approach, as she believes these interactions are key to effective healthcare.

​

Outside of work, Dr Ariana enjoys nature walks, hiking, and spending quality time with her lovely family—activities that keep her energized to provide the best care possible.

Dr Isuru Amarasena

General Practitioner, Male, MBBS (Hons), BMed SC

Dr Isuru Amarasena is a medical practitioner who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care.

After graduating from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery with Honours in 2008, he gained extensive experience working in hospitals and clinics throughout metropolitan and regional NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and south-east Queensland with a focus on caring for patients with cancer.

In more recent years, Dr Isuru has settled with his family in the Northern Rivers and has worked at Lismore Base Hospital and Ballina District Hospital in more general medical roles.

Dr Isuru is passionate about preventative health and is strong believer in the old adage "an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure". He approaches his patients with a caring and compassionate manner and looks forward to delivering comprehensive general practice services to the local community.

Outside of work, Dr Isuru enjoys spending time with his family (especially running after his kids) and tries to keep fit when he can. He is a supporter of the mighty beloved Brisbane Lions in the AFL.
